SHIPPING

Ontario GTA & ENVIRONS - $17.99

This option is only available for orders within the GTA, Halton, Mississauga and Brampton only.

Delivery fee for orders over $85 is $12.99 while orders lower than $85 remains the lower of these 2 options:  $17.99 or the courier calculated shipping cost.

KWC & GUELPH - $12.99 

This option is only available for orders within Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge and Waterloo only. Delivery fee for orders over $85 is $9.99

CAN I PLACE A PHONE ORDER?

Yes, you can place and order by text, phone call or email. Please make sure you provide your name, email address and shipping address to place this type of order, but we honestly prefer you do via the website.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns for cooked foods due to hygiene concerns. We will be more than happy to look into the issue and ensure than you are sorted properly.

WRONG PRODUCTS RECIEVED. 

In the very unlikely event that products you received are not what you ordered or if your items arrive damaged or any other order issues, you can report it at chefs@radpot.ca within 36hours of receiving the package.

We are not responsible for spoilt or lost food packages as a result of carrier’s error or damages/loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect delivery information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive/retrieve the food package on the day that it is delivered.

I can give you assurances on our meals but I cannot assure you of the proper handling and prompt receipt of food packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by third party carrier (UPS) because this is out of my control. Products that are delivered late by carriers is not RADPOT’s responsibility.

You will need to be available for delivery since carriers cannot leave your food package on your doorstep for safety and hygiene concerns.
